Medical transportation

We use comfortable and disabled-friendly vehicles and employ professional assistants to provide transportation:

• for persons engaged in Clinical Studies projects;
• for patients with special needs and requirements;
• for persons with suspected or confirmed Covid-19 (infection protection is provided);
• for health stuff on duty.

Biological Samples Logistics

Biological samples require close monitoring and special conditions in transportation and storage. Vortex offers its expertise and professionalism in:

• biosamples delivery and import;
• biosamples export and delivery to Europe, Americas or Asia;
• obtaining permissions for biosamples import and/or export;
• time and cost-effective transportation of biosamples in dry ice containers;
• biosamples storage at temperatures of up to -70˚;
• documented chain of custody and full traceability on every stage of delivery.

Early Access Program

Early access programs are governed by complex provisions of the local legislative systems. Vortex provides qualified assistance in Early Access to Medicines Programs helping pharmaceutical companies to supply patients with new perspective drugs.

Our services include:

• Tailoring a solution for every specific situation;
• Application to MOH in order to get permission to import an unlicensed drug;
• Importing and customs clearance procedures;
• Formation of the donation contract with the hospital.

Diagnostics Arrangement

On request Vortex arranges laboratory and instrumental diagnostics (e.g. CT screening) by independent medical centers for patients, engaged in Clinical Studies. Vortex provides all administrative and logistical support, providing the sponsor with the full reporting. We contract with any medical companies (Invitro, CMD, reknown state hospitals and medical centers etc).
